While we continue to grow and evolve our services, our core focus is the same today as it was 25 years ago when we opened up our business: to ensure property owners like you are taxed as little as possible so you can concentrate on what matters most: growing your business.
High Standards. Low Taxes.
Human connection means more than ever before. People today are looking for more than simple services – they’re looking for partnerships and relationships built on trust. They want companies that are big enough to stay strategically focused but small enough to be able to pivot and adapt in today’s ever-changing world. When combined with a tax climate that’s more uncertain each day, more and more property owners are turning to us to help them sort through the confusion and keep more money in their businesses and not transfer it to the government’s pocket.
It’s a commitment to these over-arching values that makes Property Tax Advocates so unique. We are successful because of our personalized service, our aggressive negotiating skills and most importantly – our attention to detail. There’s nothing pre-packaged about what we do. Our consultants are only assigned a specific number of properties to evaluate –ensuring that their time, energy and creativity is spent being focused on the clients they work for. That intense client-centric focus translates into better results and above all else- an increased NOI.
Why Choose Us?
We place a keen emphasis on devoting our resources towards understanding you, your business and your tax objectives. Out of this, we’re able to build a strategic plan that will enable us to accomplish those objectives.
